The Company does not charge additional fees on deposits or withdrawals beyond any fees that may be applied by your chosen payment provider. It is your responsibility to verify whether your payment provider applies any transaction charges before initiating a payment.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players. 256bd reserves the right to withhold bonus amounts, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times, using multiple accounts to access offers, placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, and any other behaviour inconsistent with good faith participation in a promotion.
- Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the relevant offer. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the offer period.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
- 256bd reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively increase the wagering requirement on funds already subject to a bonus.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without first meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

All content on the 256bd platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of 256bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 256bd platform without the prior written consent of 256bd, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Services in accordance with these Terms.
